Brilliant in Business starts with this in mind... the creator of the earth called you Brilliant and placed you here to make a difference. Brilliant in Business was designed to help individuals uncover their god given gifts.  

We believe that Christian business owners, entrepreneurs or those who work in corporate settings should posses certain qualities; and the main quality that defines brilliance is the total trust and reliance on God, the faith in Jesus Christ and the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.

You are Brilliant not because of anything you have done or haven’t done. Although many in this world have associated brilliance with the initials behind their names, the degrees hanging on their walls, the thousands of followers they have on social media, or who they are connected to in their social circles. 

You are Brilliant because you were adopted into God's family and He has called you to lead, dominate and be an expert in your field of influence.  Brilliant in Business provides women with the tools, guidance ,  strategies and an arsenal of tried and true biblical principals and practical ammunition to help you battle their most difficult business challenges.

I am Jillian Blackwell, a lover of God, mother of three boys and wife of one husband!  I started  my love for business and entrepreneurship delivering newspapers  in Detroit, MI.  Now years later, I have been blessed to work for some of the top US Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T,  Xerox, Microsoft and Amazon.  What I've learned from reading God's word and working for these companies, I want to share with you!

That's why I created Brilliant in Business (BIB). BIB gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge of business development, sales and marketing, consulting and so much more.  There are many ways to connect with me and my team.
